RIP Avtar Gill, better known as "The Hat Man." You couldn't go to an event downtown and not see him walking around with a big sign sprouting from the top of his hat. He was a modern Cincinnati Icon and our friends at Cincy Shirts felt like he deserved a shirt of his own. We will miss you Hat Man!
