The new Queens of the Stone Age Record promises to be more than epic after the latest tidbit about the album was revealed - Sir Elton John makes a guest appearance. The living legend confirmed the news when he sat down with Foo Fighters frontman/sometimes QOTSA drummer Dave Grohl, who has taken over hosting duties on the Chelsea Lately Show this week on E!.

"I love that band so much," Sir Elton said during the interview. Other known guests on the record so far include Trent Reznor, Scissor Sisters' Jake Shears and Dave Grohl behind the drums. This isn't Elton John's first guest spot on a rock album - he has previously worked with Alice In Chains and The Killers as well.
