For the 1st time live DEVICE hooks up w/ Lizzy Hale to cover "Close My Eyes Forever" at Carolina Rebellion and I've found fan footage for you to check out. Now think of this, we're only a week and 4 days away from Rock on the Range, Device & Halestorm are both gonna be there. Could we see this happen in Columbus? I hope so!

The Revolver 2013 Golden Gods Award Show was BADASS Thursday night. If you missed the show you'll want to catch the replay going on in various places or hopefully someone will upload the entire thing on youtube soon.
So much stuff happened. So many metal & hard rock moments that were absolutly amazing! Then you had The Black Viel Brides win an award and the crowd go off on them and those posers of a band take to turning on the crowd and rock community (i hate those guys so so much). The host Chris Jericho put em in their place when he came back out and refered to them as "The Back Viel Brides" refering to them as "GAY" sorry to homosexuals.
Speaking of people who love the c*ck Rob Halford (Judas Priest) was there to not only sing a new song with Five Finger Death Punch (FFDP announced there are 2 new albums coming our way in the next 6 months) and Halford belted out a tune with Metallica! Zombie & John 5 joined the FFDP guys for a great rendtion of Thunderkiss 65.
We saw a Phil A & Rex (Pantera / Down) jam w/ Anthrax but my highlight song of the night was Lzzy from Halestorm tearing it up w/ David D (Disturbed / Device) on a cover of Zepplin's "Whole Lotta Love."
Like I said, you just gotta watch this thing. I'll post a few video's as I get em in.

So I've talked a lot about Jason Newsted going out on his own with his new metal project NEWSTED. Well some great quality footage has surfaced from a show in Sacramento I had to share with you.
