Clear
Channel corporate counsel presented a two-day, all-employee seminar entitled
Preventing Workplace Discrimination & Harassment in August 2004. In addition, key management personnel
periodically review Clear Channels Broadcast Diversity Recruitment Plan,
corporate policy and FCC EEO rules/guidelines on outreach, recruitment and
hiring at the stations department head meetings. |
